Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring IT4IT programmes to ensure structured delivery aligned with governance processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution across multiple IT programmes.
- Monitor programme progress against plans, timelines, and priorities.
- Prepare governance materials and management reporting.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation actions.
- Coordinate with IT delivery teams to ensure compliance with the end-to-end delivery methodology and quality gates.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience in programme or project management.
- Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies and governance.
- Nice to Have:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP certification advantageous.
- ServiceNow SPM experience preferred.
