Summary
The Business Analyst - IT4IT role primarily focuses on managing demand and analyzing business processes within IT4IT projects.
This position plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT capabilities, ensuring projects align with the overall business strategy.
Main Responsibilities
- Capture and document business and IT demand.
- Perform current-state and target-state analysis across business processes, systems, and data.
- Develop business cases and business requirements documentation.
- Maintain backlog documentation and demand tracking.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in business analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in demand capture and requirements documentation.
- CBAP or PMI-PBA certification.
- Nice to Have:
- ServiceNow SPM experience.
• QIA Reference Level: Level 2
- Success Criteria: Demand documentation completed and accepted without material rework.
- Analysis outputs support prioritization and solution design.
- Backlog and lifecycle documentation maintained accurately and kept up to date.
