Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in program management, technical operations, or data-driven project management.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets) to conduct root-cause analysis and justify program spend.
- Documented experience independently leading the full lifecycle of at least two large-scale technical initiatives from inception to deployment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field (or 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
- Proven ability to resolve scope misalignments and dependencies across cross-functional workstreams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Experience in AI/ML operations, autonomous systems, or global localization.
- Experience building automated dashboards or feedback loops to measure team effectiveness.
- Aptitude for deconstructing complex problems and making data-driven decisions in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work across global time zones and perform stationary, screen-based tasks for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $135,000 per year - USD $150,000 per year.
- For Sunnyvale, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $135,000 per year - USD $150,000 per year.
- For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
