Work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to manage execution, risks, timelines, and budgets.
Program delivery
- Lead end-to-end program management for cloud-based technology and data initiatives, including programs involving Snowflake.
- Develop program plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate cloud architects, data engineers, solution architects, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies and implement mitigation plans.
- Oversee cloud migration, data integration, and data platform modernization initiatives where applicable.
- Communicate status, milestones, risks, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships, stakeholder expectations, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure organizational standards and data governance, security, and quality requirements are met.
- Drive continuous improvement and align technology delivery with business goals.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, or IT Program Manager.
- Strong background in cloud technologies and Snowflake.
- Experience managing cloud-based data platforms, data engineering initiatives, or enterprise technology programs.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong knowledge of program governance, project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver complex programs in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise or government technology programs.
- Familiarity with data warehousing, data integration, ETL/ELT, and cloud data architecture.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or another relevant program or project management certification.
