Role overview

Programme leadership and governance

• Lead enterprise transformation programs from strategy through execution and benefits realization.
• Establish and manage governance frameworks, steering committees, governance forums, and operating rhythms.
• Oversee workstreams, scope, timelines, quality, risks, and dependencies; escalate and resolve critical issues.
• Provide executive reporting on progress, risks, financials, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to enterprise standards.

Data and AI strategy

• Define and execute enterprise data and AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate and prioritize AI and data use cases by business value, feasibility, and strategic importance.
• Develop AI operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
• Drive innovation and adoption of emerging AI and data technologies; measure business impact, value realization, and ROI.

Architecture and technology strategy

• Set strategic direction for enterprise architecture and technology alignment across transformation programs.
• Ensure solution architecture aligns with enterprise technology strategy, business objectives, security, and scalability requirements.
• Drive interoperability across applications.

Candidate profile

• Bring a strong track record managing complex transformation programs and advising senior executives.
• Have experience driving enterprise-wide data and AI initiatives and building high-performing teams and Centres of Excellence.
• Have a strong cloud technology background and specific Snowflake experience.
