Penta Consulting are a technology service provider and leading outsourced partner helping to deliver professional and managed solutions across EMEA.
We’re seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead and drive strategic security initiatives across our organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in strengthening our security posture while managing complex, high-impact programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end cybersecurity programs and initiatives
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with business and security strategy
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Security, Risk, and Compliance
- Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Drive improvements in security governance, controls, and frameworks
- Ensure alignment with industry standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, CIS)
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior stakeholders and leadership
& Experience
- Proven experience as a Program Manager within cybersecurity or information security
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains (e.g. threat management, identity & access, cloud security, network security)
- Experience delivering large-scale security transformation programs
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g. GDPR, ISO, NIST)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (preferred)
