Program Manager

• to deliver complex, mission-critical technology programs across the UAE for a rapidly growing global space and advanced technology business.
• This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role focused on delivering sophisticated government programs involving satellite technology, infrastructure, software, analytics, and integrated mission systems.
• The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer success while coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, product, and commercial functions.
• What you'll be doing:
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex mission and technology programs, ensuring successful execution across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations
• Act as the central coordinator across engineering, product, operations, commercial, and customer teams to drive alignment and successful program execution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government and enterprise customers, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the program lifecycle
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, coordinating resources, milestones, budgets, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
• Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, and escalations while maintaining delivery commitments
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to remove bottlenecks, resolve challenges, and ensure efficient execution in fast-paced environments
• Provide regular program reporting, governance updates, and delivery status to internal leadership and external customers
• What they're looking for:
• 4-7 years' experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs within advanced technology environments such as defence, aerospace, telecommunications, automotive, IT, or deep technology
• Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and navigate complex customer requirements
• Strong end-to-end program management experience across planning, execution, governance, budget, schedule, risk, and stakeholder management
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, particularly in dynamic and fast-changing environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
• UAE residence, or eligibility to obtain UAE residency
• Nice to have:
• Experience delivering complex systems involving hardware, software, or embedded systems
• Background working with government, defence, intelligence, or national security customers
• Master's degree or relevant certifications such as PMP or PgMP
