• You’ll build and lead the entire commercial function: sales, business development, account management, and strategic partnerships.
• You will drive expansion into new sectors, geographies, and enterprise accounts.

• What you will be responsible for:
• Define and execute a commercial strategy aligned with ambitious growth targets
• Own and deliver annual revenue, profitability, and market share goals
• Lead high-stakes negotiations on strategic deals and framework agreements
• Build executive-level relationships with enterprise and government clients
• Develop a high-performing commercial team from the ground up
• Partner closely with Technology, AI, Data, and Cybersecurity functions
• Report directly on performance, pipeline, and strategy
• What you will bring
• 15-20+ years in commercial leadership within technology or consulting
• A proven track record of driving revenue growth in the UAE or GCC
• Deep experience in the Government and/or Healthcare sectors
• Fluency in enterprise sales and public procurement processes
• The ability to lead, inspire, and retain high-calibre commercial talent
• Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or IT — MBA preferred
