Deliverables Summary
- Mobilization pack (governance model, RACI, cadence, templates, baseline plan, baseline RAID)
- Weekly status dashboard, RAID, decisions/actions, MoMs
- Monthly portfolio health report, architecture/integration health summary
- Quarterly steering pack, continuous improvement plan
- Architecture review packs, ADRs, compliance/exception log
- Portfolio architecture “single view” poster (one-page end-to-end map)
- Integration pattern catalogue, interface inventory, design sign-off notes
- Vendor scorecard, dependency tracker, proposal evaluation notes
- Roadmap sequencing, licensing optimisation report, enhancement planning
- Key governance meetings
- Architecture reviews
- Steering / leadership sessions
- Managed by Group Technology Business Relationship Manager, dotted line to
- IT Systems Director for EA
- Immediate or near-immediate start after Letter of Award
