Job Description
RHT – Beyond Linen is looking for a highly organized and hands-on Production & Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee production coordination, supply chain operations, inventory monitoring, procurement coordination, and quality control activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in textile, linen, apparel, hospitality supply, or manufacturing-related operations, with the ability to coordinate between warehouse, sales, vendors, stitching units, procurement teams, and logistics operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
This role requires someone capable of managing outsourced stitching and production activities, monitoring product quality, coordinating sourcing and procurement requirements, and ensuring all client orders are completed accurately and on time.
The candidate will also play a key role in building operational systems and workflows as the company transitions into its own factory operations in the future.
Production & Order Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, procurement, and stitching units to ensure timely production and delivery of customer orders.
- Oversee all products requiring stitching, customization, embroidery, alterations, or production activities.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure orders are completed within committed timelines.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and dispatch planning to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain proper follow-up with vendors, stitching units, suppliers, and internal teams regarding pending orders and delivery status.
Quality Control & Product Inspection
- Ensure all products meet company quality standards before dispatch or delivery.
- Monitor stitching quality, measurements, finishing, packaging, labelling, and overall product appearance from outsourced stitching units and vendors.
- Inspect locally and internationally procured products to ensure there are no defects, damages, stains, stitching faults, or specification mismatches.
- Coordinate with vendors, stitching units, and QC teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain quality control records and monitor recurring quality concerns for operational improvement.
Supply Chain, Sourcing & Procurement
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate sourcing requirements based on production schedules and sales requirements.
- Coordinate procurement of fabrics, raw materials, accessories, packaging materials, and operational supplies locally and internationally.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, production timelines, and supply agreements with vendors, suppliers, and stitching units.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, production facilities, logistics partners, and service providers to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams regarding stock availability, shortages, incoming materials, and inventory movement.
Inventory & Warehouse Coordination
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials, work-in-progress items, and finished goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and coordination between warehouse and production activities.
- Assist in stock planning, inventory control, and material requirement forecasting.
- Coordinate stock transfers, inventory movement, and warehouse organization where required.
Site Visits, Vendor Coordination & Operational Follow-Up
- Conduct regular on-site visits to warehouses to audit inventory levels, verify stock movement, monitor material availability, and ensure inventory records are accurate and properly maintained.
- Inspect and quality check incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure products meet company standards and approved specifications before delivery or dispatch.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams regarding stock organization, delivery scheduling, inventory discrepancies, pending shipments, and operational issues requiring immediate resolution.
- Visit client sites to resolve technical issues, take linen and uniform measurements, conduct site assessments, and handle operational or technical matters beyond the scope of the sales team.
- Visit vendors, stitching units, factories, and suppliers for quality inspections, production follow-ups, vendor evaluations, and negotiation of pricing, payment terms, production timelines, and supply agreements.
- Coordinate with logistics and transport companies to negotiate competitive delivery rates, transportation terms, and operational service agreements.
- Obtain pricing, quotations, production timelines, minimum order quantities, and credit terms from vendors and suppliers to support the sales team during quotation and project planning stages.
- Coordinate development of samples, approvals, and production prototypes while maintaining proper records of samples, specifications, approvals, and vendor submissions.
- Monitor ongoing projects, production schedules, pending deliveries, vendor commitments, and operational timelines to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
- Maintain proper records of stitching invoices, production costs, sample approvals, vendor transactions, and outsourced production activities.
- Coordinate closely with the accounting and warehouse teams to ensure accurate recording of stock movements, raw materials, work-in-progress items, finished goods, and production-related transactions within the accounting and inventory systems.
- Prepare stitching and production reports for submission to the accounts department to support proper inventory accounting, costing, stock reconciliation, and financial reporting processes.
End-of-Life Linen Program & Recycling Operations
- Support and manage the company’s End-of-Life Linen Program by coordinating collection, segregation, tracking, reporting, and export operations related to used hospitality linen and textile products.
- Coordinate timely and secure collection of end-of-life linen from client locations while ensuring proper handling, documentation, and inventory tracking procedures are followed.
- Ensure removal of client branding, labels, embroidery, and identification markings from collected linen items prior to processing, recycling, resale, or export activities.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reporting for clients regarding collected quantities, item categories, material classifications, collection schedules, and recycling/export activities.
- Supervise sorting, segregation, and categorization of collected linen based on:
- Product category
- Fabric/material composition
- Item condition
- Reusability or recycling requirements
- Coordinate preparation, packaging, storage, and container planning for export shipments related to end-of-life linen and textile products.
- Coordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and shipping companies regarding export documentation, container movement, freight rates, and shipment timelines.
- Maintain proper records of collections, stock movement, export quantities, recycling activities, and inventory balances related to the linen lifecycle program.
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and accounts teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of collected materials, processed inventory, and exported goods.
- Support development of operational workflows, reporting structures, and inventory controls for the company’s textile recycling and sustainability initiatives.
- Factory Operations & Team Management (Future Factory Operations)
- Support development of operational workflows, production systems, and factory procedures as the company expands manufacturing operations.
- Once factory operations are established, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing full factory operations including production planning, workforce coordination, operational efficiency, quality control, and delivery timelines.
- Supervise factory staff including master tailors, stitching operators, helpers, QC staff, warehouse teams, and labor staff.
- Ensure factory productivity, operational efficiency, discipline, and quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate production targets, workforce planning, and operational improvements to support company growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in production, textile, linen, stitching, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of stitching processes, textile production, production coordination, inventory management, and quality control.
- Experience coordinating with outsourced stitching units, suppliers, vendors, and production facilities.
- Good understanding of sourcing, procurement, warehouse coordination, and inventory control.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, vendors, and operational activities simultaneously.
- ERP/CRM knowledge (Odoo preferred).
- Good English communication skills. Arabic is highly preferred.
- Valid and transferable Iqama preferred.

- Capable of leading future factory operations and managing production teams as the company scales manufacturing operations
