Production & Quality Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality audits.
• Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Analyze production data and prepare performance reports.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate production and quality staff.
• Reduce material waste and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in production management and quality control.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ISO standards and quality management systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience in factory, warehouse, or production environments.

Working Conditions

• Factory / warehouse / production environment.
• Extended working hours may be required during peak production periods.

• Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
