Production Supervisor role in pump manufacturing, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Salary is AED 4,000–7,000 per month plus accommodation.
Duties and responsibilities
- Supervise daily production and ensure targets are met on time.
- Prepare and monitor production plans, schedules, and daily reports.
- Allocate manpower and assign tasks according to employee skills and capabilities.
- Maintain product quality, workplace safety, and company-policy compliance.
- Monitor equipment and ensure materials, tools, and supplies are available.
- Identify production issues and recommend productivity and efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager and HR to resolve employee concerns.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Skills in production planning, team supervision, workflow management, and problem-solving.
Compensation
- AED 4,000–7,000 per month plus accommodation.
