Production Supervisor

About This Role

Purpose of the Job:

Responsible for production line supervising as per shift schedule including manpower handling, process monitoring, SOP & and cGMP compliance.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve the daily-targeted productivity on the Line.
• Ensure that cGMP guidelines and SOPs are followed.
• Manage line functions and resources to meet product quality.
• Optimize resources (human & and equipment) to achieve the targeted efficiencies.
• Responsible for product & and material reconciliation and batch Documentation.
• Carryout line clearance prior to commencing the line start-up.
• Check accurate and timely documentation of the logbooks & and BMR and Timely batch closing for ACG and Aggregation work orders.
• Report abnormalities to the shift in charge/ assistant Manager, take necessary corrective steps and follow up the execution of PMS.
• Ensure the availability of all materials for the next batch a day before (24 hours) the scheduled packaging.
• Identify and plan appropriate training programs for junior staff including SOP training and ensure compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and safety.
• Check general Cleaning and hygiene Ensure that everybody observed the shop floor disciplines, personal hygiene, and shift timing.
• Provide input and feedback to effective scheduling of manpower & and machines to improve operational performance.
• Evaluate Batch rejects for root cause analysis and reports to shift in charge

Education:

Bachelor Degree in Science / Technical Diploma

5 - 10 years in a Pharmaceutical company
