Experienced Production Supervisor responsible for workshop production activities for interior fit-out, joinery, and furniture projects.
Ensure projects meet schedules, quality standards, and approved drawings.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily workshop production; plan schedules and allocate manpower, materials, and resources.
- Coordinate with project management, design, estimation, procurement, site teams, and workshop trades.
- Review drawings, specifications, and production requirements; monitor progress and deadlines.
- Inspect work and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Resolve production issues, reduce material wastage, and maintain machinery and equipment safely.
- Maintain housekeeping and workshop safety procedures; prepare progress reports and guide staff.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in interior fit-out, joinery, furniture, or workshop production, including previous Production Supervisor or Workshop Supervisor experience.
- Strong knowledge of joinery, carpentry, furniture, and interior fit-out production processes.
- Ability to read shop and technical drawings; strong manpower and production planning skills.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, tools, and workshop machinery; able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE interior fit-out or joinery experience is preferred.
Work location
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
