Join the Interior & Fit-Out team as an MEP Engineer coordinating and supervising MEP works across interior fit-out projects.
Ensure installations meet approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise MEP work; coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and other services.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals; coordinate with architectural, civil, and interior design teams.
- Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and address technical issues and MEP clashes.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Prepare material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests; ensure compliance with standards and HSE procedures.
- Assist with testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover; prepare progress reports and maintain documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 3–7 years of relevant MEP, interior fit-out, or construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
- Experience on commercial, residential, hospitality, or retail fit-out projects.
- Ability to interpret MEP drawings and technical documents; good knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant engineering software.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred qualifications
- UAE/GCC project experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of local authority requirements is an advantage.
Workplace
- The position requires in-person work in Dubai.
