Production Supervisor
Role Overview
• Supervise daily chicken processing, cutting, portioning, and packing activities.
• Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
• Allocate manpower according to production requirements.
• Monitor employee attendance, performance, and discipline.
• Ensure proper chicken cutting, weighing, trimming, and packing standards are followed.
• Monitor production quantity, yield, wastage, and productivity.
• Minimize product wastage and production losses.
• Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and food handling practices are followed.
• Ensure employees use proper PPE and follow safety procedures.
• Coordinate with QA/QC regarding product quality and food safety issues.
• Coordinate with Maintenance regarding equipment breakdowns and production issues.
• Report production problems, manpower shortages, and equipment issues to the Production Manager.
• Maintain daily production records and prepare production reports.
• Train and guide production workers on proper work procedures.
• Ensure the production area is clean, organized, and ready for operation.
• Support company audits and comply with HACCP, GMP, and food safety requirements.

Qualifications and experience
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Production or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in poultry processing, chicken cutting or food production.
- Experience supervising production workers is preferred.
- Good knowledge of chicken processing, cutting, packing and hygiene requirements.
- Basic knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food safety.
- Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,000–3,500 per month.
Work location
- The role requires in-person work in Dubai.
