Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to join our team in the advertising and signage industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising production operations within an advertising or signage company in the UAE or Gulf region and possess excellent leadership and project coordination skills.

· Supervise daily production activities to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

· Coordinate with design, sales, fabrication, printing, and installation teams to ensure smooth workflow.

· Monitor production schedules and allocate resources efficiently.

· Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures.

· Oversee manufacturing processes related to signage, branding, exhibition stands, vehicle graphics, and other advertising products.

· Manage and motivate production staff to achieve productivity and performance targets.

· Inspect finished products to ensure quality and client specifications are met.

· Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions when required.

· Maintain production records and prepare progress reports for management.

· 3–5 years of supervisory experience in an Advertising or Signage Company within the UAE/GCC region.

· A valid UAE driving license is must

· Hands-on experience in managing advertising and signage production operations.

· Strong knowledge of signage fabrication, digital printing, branding, and installation processes.

· Proven ability to manage production teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

· Good understanding of production planning, quality control, and workplace safety practices.

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
