Female Indoor Salesperson – Dragon Mart, Dubai
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused **Female Indoor Salesperson** to join our retail shop in Dragon Mart, Dubai.
Requirements
- Proven experience in indoor sales is mandatory.
- Must be fluent in both **English and Arabic**.
- Experience in selling electronic products such as lighting fixtures, LED panels, LED lights, and related products will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of finance and cash handling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting suitable products.
- Answer customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate product information.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new products.
- Promote products and encourage customers to visit and explore the shop.
- Prepare daily sales and activity reports for management.
- Follow all Dragon Mart regulations, instructions, and operational standards to avoid penalties.
- Ensure the shop opens and closes on time and maintain excellent attendance.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Support inventory monitoring and general shop operations as required.
