Production Supervisor (Advertising & Signage)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive **Production Supervisor** to join our team in the **advertising and signage industry**.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising production operations within an advertising or signage company in the UAE or Gulf region and possess excellent leadership and project coordination skills.

Supervise daily production activities to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

**Coordinate with design, sales, fabrication, printing, and installation teams** to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor **production schedules** and allocate resources efficiently.

Ensure compliance with company **quality standards, safety regulations**, and operational procedures.

**Oversee manufacturing processes** related to signage, branding, exhibition stands, vehicle graphics, and other advertising products.

Manage and **motivate production staff** to achieve productivity and performance targets.

**Inspect finished products** to ensure quality and client specifications are met.

**Troubleshoot production issues** and implement corrective actions when required.

**Maintain production records** and prepare progress reports for management.

3–5 years of supervisory experience in an Advertising or Signage Company within the UAE/GCC region.

A valid UAE driving license is must

Hands-on experience in managing advertising and signage production operations.

Strong knowledge of signage fabrication, digital printing, branding, and installation processes.

Proven ability to manage production teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Good understanding of production planning, quality control, and workplace safety practices.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
