Our Production Operators work Monday through Friday on set eight-hour shifts (6:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m., or 10:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.).

You do not rotate shifts.

Interested individuals should have the ability to work all three shifts.

Competitive Starting Pay: Start at $20.00 per hour and advance to Operator I at $21.50 per hour after meeting established training and performance expectations.

Variable Pay: Eligible employees may receive a monetary bonus based on applicable performance measures and production targets.

Retention Bonus: This role is eligible for retention bonus opportunities following successful completion of the 90-day probationary period and again after one year of employment, subject to the terms of the applicable program.
