Key Responsibilities
- Supporting daily production activities and material movements across site
- Operating mobile and static plant equipment
- Inspecting incoming wood loads and identifying contamination
- Loading containers and vehicles with finished product
- Carrying out pre-start checks and reporting defects
- Assisting with routine maintenance and housekeeping activities
- Recording operational data and completing required documentation
- Following all health, safety, environmental, and operational procedures
- Supporting colleagues and wider site operations when required
Essential
A strong commitment to health, safety and environmental standards.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work in an operational, outdoor environment.
Experience operating mobile plant (Loading Shovel, Telehandler or similar)
Desirable
Previous experience working within waste, recycling, manufacturing, aggregates or industrial operations.
Experience working to production targets and procedures
