About the Role:
Twaits Creative Productions and Entertainment LLC is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Creative Production Manager to lead production and creative execution in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on managing multimedia production projects, coordinating creative teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery across digital, media, and entertainment outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Leadership: Oversee end-to-end creative production (video, events, digital content)
• Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and production schedules
• Creative Coordination: Align design, content, and production teams
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Work with clients and partners on project execution
• Quality Control: Ensure output meets creative and brand standards
• Resource Management: Coordinate vendors, equipment, and production logistics
• Team Leadership: Manage producers, designers, editors, and creative staff

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Senior-level experience in creative production, media, or entertainment
• Skills: Strong project management, creative direction, and leadership skills
• Education: Degree in Media, Film, Design, or related field
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in digital production, events, or content creation
• Leadership: Ability to manage multi-project creative workflows
