- Develop and manage production schedules based on customer orders and priorities.
- Supervise tailors, pattern makers, cutters, embroiderers, and production staff.
- Ensure garments meet the company's quality standards before delivery.
- Coordinate with the Design, Sales, and Procurement teams to ensure material availability.
- Monitor production costs, minimize wastage, and improve productivity.
- Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations.
- Prepare daily and weekly production reports for Operation Manager.
