Oversee day-to-day coordination of construction project activities.

Responsibilities
- Align work plans, schedules, and resources with project requirements.
- Review project specifications and set production targets.
- Track materials and equipment usage and identify delays or risks.
- Prepare status reports and maintain project documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
- Support process improvements for efficiency, safety, and cost control.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction or contracting environments and knowledge of production planning and site operations.
- Strong project coordination, scheduling, and resource management skills using digital tools and project management software.
- Ability to analyze data, monitor performance indicators, and prepare progress reports.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with teams, clients, and suppliers.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards, quality control, and basic regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently remotely and manage multiple part-time projects.
- A related bachelor’s degree is preferred, while equivalent practical experience is valued.
- Budgeting, cost tracking, and production process optimization experience is advantageous.
