Responsibilities
- Manage daily production activities and coordinate schedules to meet deadlines.
- Monitor quality and coordinate with tailors, workers, designers, and other production staff.
- Manage raw materials, fabric, accessories, and production inventory; track progress and maintain daily records.
- Identify and resolve production issues and use manpower and materials efficiently.
- Maintain quality, productivity, and timely order delivery; update management on production requirements.
