Qualifications
- External/internal:
- Minimum Associate Level II position for at least one year –Must have excellent communication skills and ability to communicate to all levels of the organization.
- IPC 610 and JSTD certified
- Must be a self-starter.
- Must be organized.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Lean and 5S knowledge desired.
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience directly with the assigned operational team preferred.
- Some customer interface experience preferred.
- Computer skills a plus: Microsoft office products and Visual business systems.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Compensation
- The Lead Associate shall receive a 5% pay premium, not to exceed the maximum of their assigned grade level. If at any time the Lead Associate is no longer performing these assigned tasks, the company will revoke this 5% premium to return the associate to the original base rate of pay.
- This lead pay premium shall be included in all overtime, sick pay, short-term disability, holidays, and vacation pay.
