Job Purpose
Supports daily production by assisting machine operators, handling packing and packaging, maintaining cleanliness, and following food safety and hygiene standards in the production facility.
Education and Experience
- Basic education is preferred.
- Previous food manufacturing experience is an advantage; freshers are welcome if willing to learn.
- Experience in food manufacturing, dairy, beverage, plant-based products, or FMCG production is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and personal hygiene in the production area.
- Assist with packing, filling, labeling, and packaging on the production line.
- Handle and arrange cartons and finished products, and transfer products and cartons to designated cold storage areas.
- Assist machine operators with daily production activities.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized; follow supervisor instructions and complete assigned duties.
- Support other production activities as required.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Hardworking, responsible, and punctual.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to production requirements.
Working Conditions
- Work in a food manufacturing facility, in person.
- Standing for long periods and performing physical activities may be required.
- Work in wet, chilled, and hot production areas.
- Shifts, weekends, and overtime may be required depending on production needs.
