Business Development Coordinator
Aims Nigeria LLC – Doha, Qatar

Aims Nigeria LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to support the growth and expansion of our operations in Doha. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
• Support the development and execution of business development strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform decision-making.
• Maintain and update client databases and sales records.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective clients.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communications with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
• Track and report on key performance metrics and project progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a multicultural or international business environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the Doha/Qatar market is a plus.
