Business Development Coordinator
Aims Nigeria LLC – Doha, Qatar
Aims Nigeria LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to support the growth and expansion of our operations in Doha. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Support the development and execution of business development strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform decision-making.
- Maintain and update client databases and sales records.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective clients.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communications with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Track and report on key performance metrics and project progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a multicultural or international business environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with the Doha/Qatar market is a plus.
