Production Coordinator

About This Role

We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to support our production and project execution team. The ideal candidate will coordinate daily operations for signage, kiosks, vinyl applications, and event & exhibition projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day production activities across vinyl graphics, exhibition projects, signage, kiosks etc.
• Assist in planning site installations, ensuring readiness of materials and manpower
• Track and follow up on production schedules, fabrication progress, and installation timelines
• Liaise with internal teams (design, production, logistics, and site teams)
• Monitor material procurement, printing, fabrication, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow
• Identify potential delays or production issues and escalate to management proactively
• Support quality control by ensuring all outputs meet approved designs and specifications
• Maintain accurate reports, job trackers, and communication records
• Coordinate dispatch, delivery, and on-site execution for projects

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or Technical education such as ITI / Polytechnic.
• 2–5 years of experience in production coordination, preferably in advertising or fit-out industry
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset

Preferred Experience

• Experience in signage production, kiosk fabrication, vinyl application, or exhibition/event setup
• Familiarity with large-format printing, materials, and fabrication processes
• Understanding of shop drawings, production workflows, and logistics coordination
• Experience working in fast-paced advertising or creative production environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
