About the Company : Al Masaood Power Division has been powering the region since 1972, delivering advanced power generation, industrial, and marine solutions. As an authorized distributor of MTU and Volvo Penta , the division is known for engineering excellence, long‑term partnerships, and strong aftersales support.

About the Role : The job holder generates service sales, prepares quotes, converts enquiries, meets targets, manages relationships, and secures long-term agreements for MTU products.

Responsibilities :

• Generate service sales pipeline for MTU product line.
• Generate costing and quotation for service projects and present to customers.
• Convert enquiries into orders.
• Meeting revenue targets for the business unit.
• Manage customer relationship.
• Make proposals and sign long term service agreement with key customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is high.

Qualifications :

• Associate degree in mechanic or High school diploma.
• At least 3 to 5 years of front-line sales experience; preferably Engineering sales in the large diesel, gas and energy systems space.
• Must understand diesel engines, propulsion systems, gensets and hybrid technology.
• Prior work experience for OEMs like CAT, Cummins, MAN, MTU.
