About This Role

Role Purpose To grow aftersales revenue by promoting and selling genuine parts, service solutions and maintenance contracts to customers in Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing field support to improve customer satisfaction and overall aftersales profitability.

Job Accountabilities & Activities Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Achieve assigned monthly and annual targets for parts sales, service contract sales, and total aftersales revenue.
  • Promote genuine parts, lubricants, repair services, and PM packages.

Customer Visits & Territory Management:

  • Execute structured weekly/monthly customer visit plans across assigned location
  • Maintain up‑to‑date customer visit reports and opportunity pipelines in CRM.
  • Conduct regular follow‑ups on quotations, service jobs, and pending opportunities.

Prospecting & Market Expansion:

  • Identify and target new fleets, workshops, contractors, and logistics operators across KSA.
  • Conduct field prospecting through site visits.
  • Build and maintain a sales funnel of potential new customers.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Submit weekly sales reports, visit summaries, and forecast to management.
  • Maintain accurate CRM entries and comply with company reporting policies.
  • Follow company safety policies and adhere to all Saudi regulations when visiting customer sites.

Internal Coordination:

  • Work closely with service centers in Dammam, Riyadh, Jeddah, and other branches.
  • Coordinate availability of quotations, repair estimates, and parts pricing.
  • Collaborate with the inventory department on stock availability and urgent requirements

Education & Certifications Minimum Diploma Degree Or Equivalent Experience Required Years of Experience 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in aftersales, field sales, or parts/service sales within KSA.
