Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Jiddah.
As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding and demonstrating the features and benefits of our products to customers, analyzing client needs, providing expert product advice, and supporting the sales and customer service teams.
Your day-to-day tasks will include delivering product presentations, addressing customer inquiries, and helping improve the product by providing feedback to the development team.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of product features and a proven ability to work as a Product Specialist
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and understand client needs and provide meaningful feedback
- Excellent Communication Skills to effectively convey product knowledge and build relationships with customers
- Customer Service and Sales skills to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales goals
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site team environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
- Familiarity with the latest technology trends in the industry is a plus
