About The Role:

We are looking to hire a seasoned Product Marketer to develop and align the product marketing strategy that will support the objectives of the Processing and Acquiring arms of business across the UAE region. The incumbent will partner with Product and Regional Business teams to define and execute go-to-market plans that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention, while clearly articulating Network International's product value proposition in line with corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and articulation of compelling product value propositions in partnership with Product and Regional Business teams, ensuring clear differentiation across Processing, Acquiring, and Value-Added Services.
  • Develop and execute regional product marketing plans and GTM strategies aligned to commercial objectives, including launch roadmaps and prioritized marketing calendars.
  • Partner with Sales and market leads to translate customer and market insights into targeted messaging, sales enablement materials, and campaigns that support acquisition, cross-sell, and retention.
  • Support budget planning in alignment with the Head of Product Marketing and Regional Business Leads, ensuring disciplined execution and measurable return on marketing investment.
  • Drive consistent and impactful product positioning across all external channels, ensuring alignment with corporate brand guidelines while reflecting regional market dynamics.
  • Equip frontline teams with high-quality sales tools, pitch decks, case studies, and thought leadership content to improve win rates.
  • Collaborate with the wider Marketing functions to deliver integrated campaigns that generate demand and support pipeline growth against agreed KPIs. This includes lead product-focused PR, industry engagement, and thought leadership initiatives in partnership with PR to strengthen market positioning and brand credibility.
  • Engage with external agencies and specialist partners to deliver high-impact campaigns, digital initiatives, and content programs.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on product marketing effectiveness, including campaign performance, GTM outcomes, and contribution to revenue growth, providing regular updates to key stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

Education:

  • A Bachelors' / Masters' Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Languages:

  • Written & Verbal English is a key requirement.
  • Local and regional languages are good to have.

Experience:

  • 10+ years’ of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or commercial marketing within Banking, Payments, Fintech, or MNO sectors.
  • Strong understanding of B2B technology or payments ecosystems (Issuer Processing and/or Acquiring preferred).
  • Proven experience developing product positioning and executing go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated success delivering measurable impact against commercial targets.
  • Experience operating in multi-market or regional environments (MEA preferred).
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments is highly desirable.
