Set, prioritize, and accept team work to ensure valuable and appropriate product functionality.
Develop product concepts, generate product requirements, and determine specifications.

Key responsibilities
- Own the product backlog and delivery activities, including grooming and responding promptly to development-team queries.
- Ensure stories are ready before sprint start, meet the definition of ready, and have clear acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize the backlog in line with product vision and client needs; liaise between business and development teams.
- Review UX visual designs and QA test cases.
- Research trends, technologies, and competitors and recommend best practices.
- Monitor development and product team performance and escalate potential deviations.
- Represent ISA in client meetings and solicit product and service feedback.
- Perform additional assigned duties and act as Product Manager 2 in that person’s absence.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experience as a business analyst, QA professional, product owner, UX designer, or architect.
- Solid technical background and understanding of software development.
- Experience writing user stories and business requirements and working with Scrum.
- Track record of successful on-time delivery.
- Good understanding of UI/UX design and software testing, including reviewing and approving test cases.
- Comfort using collaboration tools such as Slack and JIRA.
- Fluent in English.
- Aviation domain experience is highly preferred.
- Certified Scrum Master or Professional Certified Product Owner certification is optional.
