Job Purpose

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• **Develop and maintain the product roadmap based on business goals and user needs.**
• **Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.**
• **Prioritize features using data-driven frameworks.**

Technical Understanding & Collaboration

• **Work closely with engineering teams to translate requirements into clear functional specifications.**
• **Review technical constraints and ensure feasibility of planned features.**
• **Participate in sprint planning, standups, and product QA.**

Marketing Alignment & Positioning

• **Collaborate with marketing to define product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.**
• **Support in crafting value propositions and feature communication.**
• **Ensure product decisions align with brand and customer perception goals.**

Customer Insights & Experience

• **Collect insights from customer interviews, CX team feedback, and usage analytics.**
• **Identify customer pain points and propose solutions.**
• **Evaluate product adoption and track KPIs post-launch.**

Cross-Functional Leadership

• **Align stakeholders across Tech, Marketing, Commercial, and Customer Experience.**
• **Lead product launch activities and support Go-To-Market plans.**
• **Prepare product documentation, release notes, and training materials.**

Qualifications

• **Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or similar field.**
• **2–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or tech startups.**
• **Strong understanding of software development processes and UX principles.**
• **Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.**
• **Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.**

Preferred Experience

• **Experience working in logistics tech, e-commerce tools, or B2B SaaS platforms.**
• **Background in marketing, product growth, or user research.**
• **Understanding of APIs, integrations, and product analytics tools.**
