Job Purpose
- Develop and enhance trade finance products, including Letters of Credit, guarantees, documentary collections, invoice financing, and supply chain finance solutions.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve online trade services, including integration with platforms and tie up with fintech companies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to refine product offerings.
- Develop strategies to increase trade and supply chain finance volumes across key industries in the UAE.
- Work with relationship managers to drive product adoption and cross-sell trade solutions.
- Work with internal teams (operations, IT, credit, compliance) to enhance trade finance efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
- Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to establish policies for trade finance risk mitigation.
- Identify and implement necessary changes to enable a business to perform to its optimum ability.
- Overseeing all areas of Trade & SCF business, implementing any operational changes and delivering measurable improvements.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including corporates, financial institutions, and trade finance networks, to drive strategic partnerships.
- Develops policy, procedure, and forms documentation for Trade & SCF Products including change summaries.
- Conduct regular customer visits to promote trade finance solutions and identify structured trade opportunities.
- Structure and execute high-value trade transactions, including LC discounting, structured supply chain finance, and export finance.
- Drive trade finance products utilization among corporate clients, ensuring higher adoption of digital trade solutions.
- Provide training and advisory support to frontline teams and clients on trade finance solutions.

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting
- Preferably CDCS certified
- 10 Years experience in Trade Finance Industry
- Knowledge of UCP 600, ISBO, URDG, and AML/KYC guidelines
