Write comprehensive product specifications, clearly defining problems, setting goals, and establishing success metrics for design and engineering teams.
Conduct thorough product discovery, engaging with customers and analyzing usage data to create a prioritized roadmap.
Build AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations to streamline and enhance expert marketing and SEO practices.
Collaborate closely with services teams to translate operational workflows into scalable, efficient product features.
Ship new features and improvements, utilizing product usage data to inform continuous iteration and refinement.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, and customer success, to deliver impactful outcomes.

10+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of shipping B2B software.
Experience working with US customers, understanding their evaluation, adoption, and support expectations.

Ability to move quickly, ship features rapidly, and iterate efficiently, adapting to changing circumstances.
