Support the implementation and maintenance of corporate governance policies, procedures, and frameworks.
Assist in monitoring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for audit and compliance-related activities.
Support the execution and tracking of Internal Financial Controls (IFC) and internal audit assignments.
Assist in conducting compliance reviews and audits across various business functions.
Help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to governance, compliance, and audit activities.
Follow up on audit observations and support timely closure of action items.
Build effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders across the organization.
Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
