Role Overview
As a Product Manager, you will own the product roadmap from conception to launch and beyond.
You will deeply understand customer needs, champion the user experience, and work hand-in-hand with engineering and design to deliver products that delight customers and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
▸
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
▸
Gather and prioritise product requirements from customers, sales, and internal stakeholders.
▸
Write clear, detailed product specifications and acceptance criteria.
▸
Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, QA, marketing) through the product lifecycle.
▸
Track product KPIs and use data analytics to drive continuous improvement.
▸
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities.
▸
Manage the product backlog and run sprint planning sessions in Agile/Scrum environments.
▸
Present product updates and roadmap reviews to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
▸
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
▸
3–5 years of product management experience in a SaaS or technology company.
▸
Hands-on experience with product management tools: Jira, Productboard, Aha!, or similar.
▸
Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with usage data and product metrics.
▸
Proven ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority.
▸
Excellent communication skills; capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
▸
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent is a plus.
