Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
- Analyze market and customer needs and transform them into effective digital solutions and products.
- Collaborate closely with technical, operational, and commercial teams to achieve product goals.
- Develop product strategies and roadmaps while enhancing user experience.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Prioritize product requirements and ensure timely delivery within set deadlines.
- Contribute to the development of payment solutions and digital financial services aligned with market trends.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Management.
- Previous experience in FinTech companies.
- Strong understanding of digital products, financial services, and electronic payment solutions.
- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and product management tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead teams and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
