The Role
- What you'll own here.
- Collaborate with studio leadership to shape product direction and ensure alignment with venture theses.
- Lead structured discovery sprints, user interviews, and competitive analysis to validate product-market fit.
- Translate insights into actionable roadmaps and MVP definitions that balance speed, scalability, and user value.
- Own the end-to-end product development process from PRDs and wireframes through to launch.
- Write clear product requirements and collaborate closely with designers and engineers to execute quickly and iteratively.
- Work with engineering teams on trade-offs, architectural decisions, and product feasibility.
- Use product analytics, user feedback, and behavioral data to drive continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs, SaaS tools, and low-code solutions to accelerate development.
- Create reusable product playbooks, tools, and templates to streamline builds across ventures.
- Mentor junior product team members on best practices, agile methodologies, and lean experimentation.
- Maintain visibility across ventures to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with studio goals.
