Lead data-platform and technical foundations that enable data and machine-learning business transformation.
Drive improvements in customer outcomes, automation, developer experience, and product margins.
Act as a link between vertical market groups, Centers of Excellence, and data and application engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Own product initiatives from ideation through validation, delivery, and customer delight.
- Lead organizational adoption of the data mesh framework.
- Partner with engineering to shape capabilities for data pipelines, ML workflows, MLOps, and developer productivity.
- Create solutions that balance business and customer needs.
- Communicate with stakeholders across the product development lifecycle.
- Execute product strategy with engineering, design, program management, and other stakeholders.
- Guide backlog prioritization for product capability development.
Qualifications
- Requires 8+ years of product management experience.
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Requires prior engineering, data engineering, platform architecture, or technical product management experience.
- Requires experience building platforms for engineering or analytical-team users.
- Requires familiarity with MLOps lifecycle management, deployment, monitoring, governance, or experimentation.
- Requires agile development experience.
- Experience with ADLS, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or related data and ML tooling is a plus.
- Flexible working hours may be required by business priorities.
