Role overview

Join Experian's Bureau Products team as a Product Manager responsible for innovative bureau products using data, analytics, AI, APIs, and digital platforms.

Own the complete product lifecycle from market opportunity identification and strategy through development, launch, commercialization, adoption, and enhancement.

The role reports to the Head of Bureau Products.

Product strategy and delivery

  • Own end-to-end product management and define the strategy and roadmap for bureau, credit score, data, analytics, API, and AI-powered products.
  • Identify market opportunities through customer needs, competitive trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies.
  • Engage banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, insurers, telecom providers, and other ecosystem participants to understand market needs.
  • Develop business cases and prioritize investments based on customer value, strategic alignment, commercial viability, and revenue potential.
  • Partner with Technology, Data Science, engineering, Compliance, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and global product teams.
  • Drive releases, commercialization, pricing, go-to-market, sales enablement, adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Establish product KPIs and use dashboards and analytics to improve portfolio performance.

Qualifications

  • Hold an MBA from a reputed institute.
  • An engineering, technology, finance, economics, or quantitative background is preferred.
  • Bring three to seven years of product management experience.
  • Have experience in banking, NBFCs, FinTech, credit bureaus, lending platforms, or financial services.
  • Have experience managing customer-facing data or technology products.
  • Consumer Bureau or Commercial Bureau product experience is advantageous.

  • The portfolio includes Consumer Bureau, Commercial Bureau, Credit Scores, Bureau Data Products, APIs, Analytics Products, and AI-powered data solutions.
  • Products should be scalable, secure, high-performing, commercially viable, and aligned with customer and regulatory needs.
