About VASCO

VASCO describes its product as a revenue context layer for AI agents that structures CRM, billing, calls, and support data into a semantic layer.

The company aims to help builders and go-to-market leaders build revenue engines using trusted data.

The cofounders previously built and sold a startup together.

About the role

The first Product Manager will work across squads, report to the CTO, and bring customer evidence into product framing, shaping, testing, and delivery.

The CEO and cofounder sets product direction; the Product Manager helps translate it into work customers adopt.

The posting is open to different seniority levels but explicitly says it is not entry-level; scope and ownership grow with experience.

The role requires autonomy, accountability, collaboration, and comfort managing multiple topics in an early-stage startup.

What you will do

  • Join product-shaping sessions with designers and engineers, translate CEO direction into shaped work, and test product decisions against customer needs.
  • Talk with customers and study product usage across several topics to ensure products solve problems for buyers and users.
  • Define adoption measures for shipped work, track results, and use evidence to decide what to improve next.
  • Test releases from the user's perspective before they ship.
  • Own launches, release notes, and product messaging, and keep delivery moving with squads.
  • Track market developments and bring insights back to the team.
  • Help improve how the team builds products in an AI-embedded work environment.

What the company is looking for

  • At least 5 years of relevant product experience in B2B software; adjacent paths count when the candidate owned product decisions.
  • Experience conducting B2B customer interviews and a concrete example of customer evidence changing a product decision, including a decision that challenged a founder or senior leader.
  • Daily use of AI tools and an example of something built or analyzed with them.
  • Experience shaping work alongside designers and engineers, collaborating across multiple topics, and working in a small, fast-moving team.
  • Experience owning product decisions at an early-stage B2B startup.
  • Experience defining and measuring adoption for a shipped product and changing it based on findings.

Additional strengths

  • Experience building and shipping agents is a plus.
  • Experience writing release notes, launch messaging, or product marketing for a B2B product is a plus.
  • Experience with products where the buyer and daily user differ is a plus.
  • Experience with AI, agent, data, or revenue products, or ability to ramp into those domains, is a plus.

Team and work style

  • The company describes itself as an early-stage startup working on AI agents for go-to-market teams.
  • The role involves close collaboration with designers, engineers, cofounders, and teammates, with an emphasis on keeping work human and collaborative.
