Role Summary

The Product Manager will own a technical product area within MAG Technology and lead a team of product owners and business analysts.

The role supports digitisation of the passenger journey, improved aircraft turnaround times, better colleague experiences, and operational efficiencies across the group.

Location and Working Pattern

  • The role is based at Manchester Airport.
  • The position is permanent and offers flexible or hybrid working.

The Role

  • Own a technical product area end to end and lead product owners and business analysts.
  • Identify process, data, technology, and people requirements to digitise passenger and airport operations.
  • Build stakeholder relationships to understand operational needs and challenges.
  • Drive rationalisation and automation of systems and processes across the group.
  • Manage product backlogs, define minimum viable products, and agree project changes.
  • Define and track business benefits through the product lifecycle.

What Will Make You Successful

  • Have a strong understanding of product development, roadmap building, prioritisation techniques, and agile ways of working.
  • Bring commercial judgement, ambition, innovation, drive, and passion for product development and airport operations technology.
  • Have experience blending technical products into an operational context and aligning people, process, and technology.
  • Ideally have Agile or Scrum experience and at least three years of product development experience.
