About Easygenerator

Easygenerator is an EdTech scale-up offering an authoring tool used by global companies.

The company describes itself as AI-first, using AI tools in its products and internal workflows.

About the role

Join the EasyVideo team to shape AI-powered video creation for workplace learning.

EasyVideo turns presentations, existing content, and ideas into training videos with AI-powered creation, editing, localization, and interactive learning.

The role owns a meaningful product area and works closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and other teams.

What you'll do

  • Own a product area and drive initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration, with accountability for outcomes.
  • Discover customer workflows and unmet needs through research, data, and market insights.
  • Turn customer problems and strategy into priorities, hypotheses, and solutions.
  • Work with Engineering and Design to apply AI where it simplifies workflows and creates customer value.
  • Make scope and prioritization trade-offs to ship intuitive, high-quality solutions.
  • Define success metrics and use insights to improve the product.
  • Partner across the business with Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and other teams.

Must-have qualifications

  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS; exceptional candidates with less experience may be considered if they show strong ownership.
  • Experience taking initiatives from discovery to launch and iteration while working closely with Engineering and Design.
  • Strong product judgment, problem framing, willingness to challenge assumptions, and thoughtful trade-offs.
  • Strong UX instincts, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to combine customer insight, data, and business context.
  • Ownership mindset, independence, comfort with ambiguity, strong communication and collaboration, and willingness to learn and seek feedback.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and a pragmatic approach to applying AI to real customer problems.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-powered products, creative tools, video editing, or content creation platforms.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS or complex, collaborative workflows.
  • Familiarity with EdTech, learning and development, or workplace training.

What the employer offers

  • High-impact role at a fast-growing EdTech scale-up, with the opportunity to build AI-first products for workplace learning.
  • Ownership, autonomy, growth alongside experienced product leadership, and a multicultural team across multiple countries.
