About the role
The Contract Review Specialist helps ensure sales contracts are accurate, compliant, and protective of the business.
The role works closely with legal and sales teams to support the company’s SaaS business.
Contract review and management
- Review sales contracts against legal and company standards, flag risks, and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Maintain the contract repository and track milestones, renewals, and other important dates.
Negotiation and legal research
- Answer contract-related inquiries with the sales team and support negotiations by drafting amendments and revisions.
- Monitor SaaS legal developments and share input on contract terms based on industry trends.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, written and verbal communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Flexibility to work shifted hours when needed to support the US customer base.
Bonus points
- Legal background with coursework or experience in contract law.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and their legal implications.
