About the role

Operational planning and strategy

• Develop and roll out operational policies and strategies to improve efficiency and support company goals.
• Work with senior management to set operational targets and practical plans.
• Track performance, report progress and adjust plans as the business grows.

Project and process management

• Lead operational projects from kickoff to completion, keeping them on schedule, on budget and aligned with company priorities.
• Review workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, implement improvements and measure their impact.

Risk and compliance

• Identify operational risks and create contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, industry standards and internal policies.
• Keep company documentation, licenses and permits up to date.

Travel and events

• Plan and manage travel and accommodation for team members and executives, balancing comfort, efficiency and cost.
• Manage company events from venue selection and vendor negotiation through budgeting, logistics and day-of coordination.
• Ensure events support business goals and run smoothly.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Strategic thinking and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and results-driven.

Bonus points

• Experience working with UAE freezone authorities.
• Experience managing vendor contracts and budgets.
• Experience in a fast-growing tech or SaaS company.
