Role Description
We’re seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and lifecycle of our AI-driven platform.
This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience.
You will defi ne the product vision, prioritize the roadmap, and work cross-functionally to deliver solutions that drive adoption, engagement, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Defi ne and articulate the long-term product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and emerging market trends.
- Conduct customer interviews, competitor analysis, and data-driven research to uncover insights and validate product decisions.
- Prioritize product features based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure high-quality delivery in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful product launches.
- Define key product KPIs (e.g., adoption, engagement, retention) and continuously iterate using customer feedback, data analysis, and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing).
- Partner with marketing and sales to develop positioning, messaging, and enablement materials for new feature rollouts and product launches.
Qualifications
- :
- 3+ years of experience in software product management, ideally in SaaS, AI, or automation platforms.
- Strong ability to translate customer pain points into clear and actionable product requirements.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Analytical and data-driven - comfortable working with tools like SQL, product analytics, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to align cross-functional teams around a shared product vision.
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, APIs, or enterprise software integrations is a strong plus.
