Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own specifications, design, and delivery outcomes across the project lifecycle.
• Map customer journeys, scope use cases, manage changes, document current processes, and lead scoping workshops.
• Analyze data, processes, and workflows; surface risks, scope deviations, and budget impacts.
• Partner with Engineering on design, non-functional requirements, API discovery, feasibility, and AI readiness.
• Lead agile ceremonies, sprint activities, user stories, scope tracking, and blocker removal.
• Facilitate milestone demos and manage customer expectations and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate UAT, including kickoff, review sessions, feedback triage, and the customer Go/No Go decision.
• Lead customer communications and weekly status cadences across complex use cases.
• Translate requirements into execution plans and roadmaps with Engagement Leads and provide progress context.

Minimum qualifications

• Eight or more years as a Business Analyst, Technical Consultant, Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a delivery-focused role in technology or AI.
• Working understanding of APIs and data schemas and ability to assess downstream implications for a build.
• Ability to understand and represent data models for mock data creation.
• Deep agile delivery knowledge and experience running sprint ceremonies and managing backlogs end-to-end.
• Experience as primary customer liaison on complex projects and facilitating multi-stakeholder requirements and scoping workshops.
• Experience coordinating UAT, validating scenarios, scheduling sessions, triaging feedback, and planning production readiness.
• Strong analysis, communication, and customer-facing presentation skills; proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent stated tools.
